After 21 years of international business activities with companies in Israel and the USA, Ulf Diebel made a public life reset on 25.5.2015 in Berlin and created (c) Ephraim as a Private (IP) Rights Company to solve a theological and personal family issue in Jerusalem based on the Torah of Moses and the prophets of Israel as a matter of Religious Freedom.
For 11 years I turned my most beloved hobby teaching and preaching the Torah of Moses and the prophets of Israel and made it my private business to confront religious companies who rake in millions and billions in donations “In the Name of Jesus”, but into their own tax-exempt bank accounts.
Out of this work as (c) Ephraim a number of new websites, products and companies were formed.
24.4.2017 The “Society of Heirs of Jacob” (Erbengemeinschaft Jakob) was founded as a representation for members of the Nation of Ephraim (created March 2005 in Jerusalem) in Germany.

24.8.-6.9.2018 the marketing event “Final Judgement on the Apocalypse” (Endgericht der Apokalypse) was organized in Harsewinkel and uploaded on TorahClub.com as a full study course.
11.8.2019 Das Gesetz Roms (the laws of Rome) was published for 100 years of the German Constitution
2020 the EPHI-ID Card is introduced
11.8.2020 The Ephraim National Gold & Silver Trust was founded
11.8.2021 the first TempleCoin was minted
24.4.2023 The Embassy of the Nation of Ephraim opens in Katzrin
4.5.2023 During the Pesach Sheni Sanhedrin Conference for the restoration of the 12 tribe kingdom of Israel took place on Mount Zion, where we signed a #NewDeal with the rabbinical leadership in Jerusalem. Since then our group is the largest supporter of the Sanhedrin Initiative and actively involved in reestablishing the Sanhedrin, help the Jewish people to reinstate the Davidic Dynasty and build the Temple.
7.10.2023 Hamas and people from Gaza invaded Israel and brutally slaughtered 1200 souls from Israel. Members of our organization who visited Israel for Sukkot were stranded in Katzrin. When flight possibilities were open again, three people stayed on their own free will for the whole time of the war.
